Recap

Following the events of the Futarama movie, "Into the Wild Green Yonder," the Episode opens with Fry going to the professor, covered in severe burns with no recollection of what happened.  The Professor explains the Planet Express ship collides with the Nimbus back on Earth, resulting in the death of everyone but Fry and the professor due to their protective bubbles.

Luckily all their heads are still in tact due to protective head bubbles and The Professor uses still controversial stem cells to bring them all back to life... except Leela, who can't wake up.  Bender, for some reason is still rebirthed via the stem cells, but needs a doomsday device to keep living with only one caveat: he must keep partying or he'll blow up.  Fry creates a robotic Leela from surveillance footage, Caprica-style.

They go to bury human Leela iom the cyclops monster planet, where Leela is awoken.  They head back to Earth, dragging the monster with them.  Bender ends up killing the monster back at home by letting the robot eat him and blowing up inside.  Nothing can kill Bender.

Back at Planet Express, Leela and Robot Leela fight and Fry has to choose which of the women he loves to shoot.  He ends up shooting himself, revealing he's been a robot the whole time.  The Professor then tells the real story: Fry died protecting Leela on the ship, and the Professor wasn't left with enough Fry to rebirth him from stem cells.  Leela then made a robot Fry, who eventually killed her during an electric hug.  The Professor then hung her body with the rest of the corpses.  Suddenly, Fry pops out of the stem cell goo, and Robot Fry and Leela take off.

At the end of the episode, Zapp is rebirthed.

Farnsworth: Okay?
Fry: That's all. Oh, also, I'm covered in severe burns.
Farnsworth: So, what of it?
Fry: Well...why is...those things?
Farnsworth: You mean you don't remember?
Fry: Nope, nothing. It's like when I passed out in college except nobody drew magic marker penises on my forehead
