Jess learns he's not going to graduate. Rory, Jess, Dean and Lindsay attend a party where Lane's band is playing.
Rory plans Lorelei's birthday bash with a huge pizza; Richard gives Lorelai the $75,000 profit he made from an investment.
When the Independence Inn catches fire, guests stay at Lorelai's house while she goes Luke's.
