Glee premieres Season 4 with a look at Rachel's life in New York City. Dance teacher, Cassie July (Kate Hudson), is out to get her and she bonds with junior Brody Weston (Dean Geyer) over their mutual fondness for moisturizer. After putting up a good front, and impressing Carmen Thibedeaux, Rachel admits that NYADA isn't everything she hoped it would be.
Meanwhile, in Ohio, Kurt is working in a coffee shop and spending time at McKinley. Blaine, Brittany, Tina, and Wade/Unique all think they should be the glee club's new lead singer. Sophomore Marley, whose mother is a cafeteria worker at the high school, gives them a run for their money but refuses to join the club when she hears members making fun of her mother in order to hang onto their popularity and seats at the Cheerios table.
Blaine tells Kurt he should go ahead and move to New York and Burt agrees. Kurt flies to New York and finds Rachel just as she's confessing how much she misses home.

Why is Glee still so cool with all the slurpee bullying? After tackling all these real world issues and "Oh take us seriously as we comment on society" episodes, the school still has no problems with the slushies to the face. By approving of bullying, the show loses all credibility when it tries to deal with the issue in other episodes.

This episode was speechless, without a doubt. I loved how it started strong and I bet this season will be fantastic. FINN AND RACHEL :)!
