Blair is probably looking for help from Georgina because Georgina is a mother. Perhaps she is asking for her help because Georgina had lied to Dan that he was the father of her baby and Blair is doing the same thing to Louis so shes seeking Georgina's help. Or maybe because of something that involves dan. Thats my guess..
