Rusty's summer job as a camp counselor at Camp Tall Pines comes to an end. Casey's internship with Paula Baker is over and she and Max survived the summer and she looks for an apartment to rent. Ashleigh is trying to deal with sisters defecting to the Alpha Omega house, Frannie's new house Cappie, Beaver and the other KT's have fun with a Slip n Slide. Rusty introduces freshman Andy, a jock Calvin used to play football with in high school, to his friends. The Fraternities agressively try to rush Andy as he is the top football recruit. Frannie shows the Alpha Omega house to her new sisters and introduces them to Joan, their 70 year old house mom. This surprise does not go over well with the ZBZ's that follow her.
