The reason it's called Grey's Anatomy is after one of the oldest and most studied medical books for Med students.

I think Meredith is telling Derek that she only wants Zola and that its been over a while since she worked with him and she likes working with alex. I think that christina is panacking over henry because he's supposed to be rushed to the hospital and in the end alex and meredith are fine.

Well, as far as I understood by the trailer,Derek suggested to Meredith that they could try to adopt another baby because Zola's adoption is really complicated and she tell's him that she only wants Zola, not "another baby". I think that Cristina panicked because she knew what was happening in the ambulance (it could explode if it was hitten by another car, because of the oxygen tanks) and when the headline broke she tought it got hit.
I do really hope that nothing really bad happen to Meredith or Alex (like dying). Even though, I don't think that something serious will happen to Meredith. After all, the show is named "Grey's Anatomy" for a reason ;)

i think the oxgyen tanks are going expoled and alex and meredith are going sverly injured with broken bones. derek finds his wife in a car crash and lexie and christina know the that shes in there.

I watched the trailer like ten times and now I finaly have a conclusion what's gonna happen: I gues that the headline brakes of while Alex and Meredith are on the phone with Jackson and telling him that it's raining really baddly and that the ambulance could explode as soon as they get hit by another car, because of the oxygen tanks in it and Meredith didn't want to leave the ambulance before when Alex told her to because she didn't want to let him alone. So when the headline brakes of Cristina thinks that the ambulance got hit and that Meredith is dead, that's why she panicked... Well I hope that it turns out this way, it would be awfull if Alex or Meredith would get hurt!
Meredith: Get this baby out of me safely and you can have whatever you want.
