Love the show!!!!! But really wanted to see Mark with Lexie, the true love of his life. Ms Rhimes please make a twist for next season and bring her back!!!!

I used to be a big fan of this show..when Izzy left I started to watch less and less. I read the episode guide first before deciding to watch the entire season.. Mark and lexie story was one of my favorite scenes. I was waiting for them to get together..but THEY KILLED LEXIE.. can't say i'll never watch again but killing lexie is definitely one more reason to lose interest watching grey's anatomy.

Lexie was a character I really liked, but as an actress she probably got pissed they shoved her aside for small parts in this season. Because of her memory, as a character she was interesting as a doctor than as a love interest. I hope Marc dies.
I liked the scene between April and Jackson, getting ready for the dinner, and I don't usually like either of them. It also had an eeriness about it in that there was April, distraught over her boards flunk, losing her job, and being separated from Jackson, when others are fighting for their lives.
I too am interested where in a flight from Seattle to Boise their cell phones don't work or they aren't show trying them, and would a flight be delayed an hour after disappearing off a radar, before someone knew something?

i cant believe they killed LEXiE!!!!!!!!! i mean seriously she was one of main reasons i even watched this show i could have stopped watching after season 2 but she made the show so much better!!
How am i supposed to watch season 9 without her!!
I actually started crying when mark closed her eyes!!!!!!!! WHY SHONDA!!!! WHY!?!?!?!?!

At first I was thinking that maybe it'd just be a dream and someone will wake up at the beginning of the season nine premiere... Kind of p'od that Lexie died. I really wanted her and Mark to get back together.
But I still don't understand why they were all on the plane in the first place? Like Lexie, Mark and Arizona didn't even have plans to go anywhere. I re-watched the last episode and it doesn't give any info on why they left and where they went either.
I'm confused.

If someone had to die from the plane crash, it should have been Arizona. Hey, just a thought......why are none of them using their cell phones to call for help? I am sure they all had iPhones, blackberries etc. The pilot could be more useful! I don't think this whole finale was played out very well.

I feel so neutral about the episode. But I can't wait until next season to see if and when they get rescued. One may have died this episode but there could be more. Gah crazy. Poor Lexie.

OMG Derrick's days of being a surgeon are over that must be the life changing events for them and Mark ...whats going on....I so don't think I can watch without Lexie...she's one of the main reasons I watch....oh i'm soo pi$$ed...Shonda what is wrong with you, LEXIE!!, why not someone we don't love so much or someone with a smaller story line ugh!!

Just confirming that Derek (patrick dempsey) did sign and confirmed he signed another contract... he put his differences assisde so hes safe

i been ready lexi has several more years of contract as for the rest of the people on the plane they all have contracts until season 10. so i believe it will be somebody from the hospital that will die not the one's in the crash, it just makes more sense that way, having us think it's from the crash site when it's really from the hospital, i personally hope it's either dr. altman or april those 2 dont do much for the show.

We know that someone will die but who is to say that it will be someone from the plane crash. Shonda loves to throw the curve ball at us. We expect either Derek or Lexie to die devastating Meredith and forcing her to stay but George died at the end of Season 5 even though Izzie was fighting cancer. I have a hard time believing that one of the original 6 is going to die since they have all resigned 2 year contracts. Something bad is going to happen to Derek and obviously Lexie which will force them to not go to Boston. Alex will stay because Arizona was mad at him for leaving and Christina will stay because she now realizes that Owen is worth fighting for after her near death experience. Same kinda of thing that made her marry him at the beginning of Season 7.
The anticipation is building and I'm about to blow. I enjoy all of the characters on Grey's. I enjoy the personalities, that each character brings to the show, and I'm worried that our most beloved characters will be leaving. It's very frustrating.
We all know that Shonda Rhimes enjoys piling on the drama and suspense. I wish they would end a season on a happy note for once, but I suppose that wouldn't be very entertaining to some fans.
From everything I have read, ( writer interviews, character interviews, etc. ) we know that there will be at least one death, and it looks like some of the residents are "jumping ship" to take offers at other hospitals. And we all have suspicions as to who will die, and who will leave.
According to the interviews, it seems like one of the main characters will die, and with the last show ("Migration") ending with a plane crash, we all assume this will be the cause of our "beloved characters" death. The first preview showed us that a few characters
