- The surgery goes well after a complication caused by Kepner.
- Zola is admitted to the hospital for a bowel obstruction. Arizona and Alex perform the surgery, which goes well.
- Derek still acts distant from Meredith and admits to Owen that he can’t forgive her.
- Bailey breaks up with Eli.

the song with the lyrics "i don't need a punchline" is by kathleen edwards, and it is called: chameleon/comedian. it is off her new album called Voyageur which hasn't been released yet. they play the song once in a while on sirius xm radio channel 60

I really wish they woukd list the episode songs at the network's show website. It is often hard to get enough of the words under the dialog to do a google search.

@Elizabeth- thank you but I don't think that is the right one. It was a guy singing, something "the sound of our footsteps carried away and it's you and me for always" I think those were the lyrics...
