Hannibal manipulates Jack into believing Will could be a murderer after Will says he visited Georgia before her death. The BAU team pieces together Abigail to the Minnesota Shrike victims and plan to arrest her only to find out Will has checked her out of the hospital. As Will's hallucinations intensify he loses Abigail in Minnesota. Hannibal's subtle manipulation convinces Jack that Will is capable of murder. With Will still unsure of where he is, Hannibal admits to Abigail he's made many more kills than her father, and the episode ends with Abigail wondering if he will kill her.
