Brick has brain surgery and Shelby freaks out and runs away. Zoe gets Shelby to the hospital to comfort Brick where he proposes to her and she says yes. Lemon and Wade continue to butt heads with decisions about the Rammer Jammer but it turns into a positive when they have a successful night. George spends time with Tansy's brothers and call them his "family". Zoe regrets letting George go and tells him, George tells Zoe she is crazy.
