Taub learned that he has two pregnant lovers this week: his girlfriend, Ruby, and his ex-wife, Rachel; neither knows about the other, of course, so this should make for some fun next season.
But the real crux of the finale centered around House. Cuddy tried to get him to open up to her about their split, but he would simply say he felt "hurt." He was then driven to a newer low by a patient, a performance artist who initially chose to die on her own terms. House admired this about her, but then turned on her when she decided to try and live.
House yelled at her: "You don't need to depend on people who are gonna let you down." Pretty clear he was deflecting his issues on to her, wasn't it?
From there, House went by Cuddy's place to drop off a hairbrush, only to see her eating dinner with another guy. This set House off. He turned around and literally drove the car into Cuddy's house, destroying it. We later heard Cuddy's telling the police that she wanted House arrested, but he was nowhere to be found...
... until the camera panned to him in a bar. In the tropics somewhere. That's how the season ended.
