This week's patient of the week was the drill instructor at a camp for teenage boys. Masters and House argued about whether or not one could change based on such discipline, but a major secret ended up being the key to the case:

The drill instructor was the father of one of his charges, who came down with the same illness. Once House knew there could be a genetic link, he solved the case.

Elsewhere:

- House spent time trying to train Rachel so she could get into the best nursery school in the area. This included him using his status as a doctor in order to gain access to the school early, purchase toys from it and play with them with Rachel, who did well during her "play date" with teachers, yet who was still not accepted. House seemed sincerely upset by this and the episode concluded with Rachel crawling into his lap.

- Chase was quasi stalked by someone who placed a naked photo of him on Facebook and used his credit card. He assumed it was one of the three (!) women he slept with at the hospital chief's wedding, but it turned out to be the sister of one of them, who he had flirted with and then ditched for a bathroom threesome. Many funny scenes all around here.
