Jeff Coatsworth (John Cho) attempts to recruit Marshall to work for his "evil" corporate law form with a big salary and great benefits.  Lily reveals her credit card debt to Robin, but is too ashamed to tell Marshall because she fears it will push him from his dream job to an "evil" company to make more money.  Marshall accepts Coatsworth's offer when he thinks he will only be protecting a theme park.
