Kings Delayed Until Summer

We are huge fans of NBC's Kings. Unfortunately, it seems like we're in the minority.

NBC's epic show continues to plummet in ratings and its recent move to Saturday nights did not help.

Now the network has pulled the show from the schedule and it will not return until June 13th and will complete its short-lived run until July 25th. That will teach networks to try anything new.

Kings: Moving to Saturday Nights

Despite our previous claim that Kings was staying in its timeslot, NBC has moved the epic drama to the worst night of primetime: Saturday.

According to Variety, NBC has moved the show to the Saturday 8 p.m. timeslot, due to its terrible ratings last week. BTW, in case you've missed any: The Sci-Fi channel plans on running a marathon of Kings episodes this Thursday.

Despite its low ratings, the show is quite good. Serious. Tune in!

Kings First Look: Macaulay Culkin as Andrew Cross

On next week's episode of Kings, "Judgment Day," the now grown-up infamous child actor Macaulay Culkin makes his debut as Andrew Cross.

Andrew is the son of William Cross, and therefore, King Silas' nephew. Andrew was previously exiled from Gilboa and we can't wait to find out why!

Kings Staying in Its Timeslot

Despite its unbelievably terrible ratings, Kings will be staying in its timeslot, according to E! Online's sources. The insider said:

"At this point, there are no plans to change the Kings airings."

At worst, viewers can look forward to the fulfillment of the show's thirteen-episode first season, despite its average rating of less than four million viewers per week. Let's bask in this positive news. Considering the quality of the last episode, we're definitely excited to continue watching.

Oh, and did we mention that next week's episode guest stars McCauley Culkin as William's son?

Kings Recap: "Insurrection"

We're glad to see that last night's Kings definitely picked back up the excitement and energy of its season premiere. In the episode, Silas announces they were going to give up some land in addition to Port Prosperity.

When that land included David's hometown, his brother and several other locals ended up rioting. Soon their riot turned into a hostage situation when they kidnapped the King's daughter, Michelle.

Kings Recap: "First Night"

NBC's epic Kings just aired its third episode last night, yet still the giant is moving so slow it doesn't feel like much happened. For an hour long episode, "First Night" could be described in a few short sentences.

Here, we'll give it a try. It was the first night of the ballet and David went out with Jack instead, Michelle got set up with a guy by her mom, and Silas went to see his sick son. If you want the details, check out our "First Night" recap.

Kings Spoilers: Macaulay Culkin is Coming

While it may have been known for months that Macaulay Culkin is coming to NBC's Kings (just check IMDB even), they definitely mentioned his character last week and we wanted to highlight it.

Macaulay Culkin was previously listed as an unknown character on sites such as IMDB, but this clever editor has figured out that Culkin will play William's son, Andrew, who was previously exiled, as was mentioned last episode.

That would make Andrew the King's nephew as well as Jack's cousin. Can't wait to see what trouble this fun character who's on for a multi-episode arc will present. Just don't leave him home alone in the castle.

Kings Spoilers: Jack's Boys

In the two hour series premiere of Kings, they dropped major hints that the young Prince Jack Benjamin was homosexual. Fist they had him giving a guy a weird looking while making out with girls.

Then King Silas flat out told him that he knows what he does "with his boys" and he couldn't be King until he could resist those urges.

However, could that be a red herring for a much different secret? According to TV Guide, we'll soonf ind out that the phrase has three posssible interpretations.

Kings Recap: "Prosperity"

How do you follow up the amazing two hour premiere that Kings had? Simple, you deliver a follow episode that raises even more questions than it answered.

The second episode of Kings may not have had all the action of the premiere, but it certainly helped explained some of the history of the nation, bringing in old countries its conquered and describing why the war between Gath and Gilboa was even started.

The episode was also loaded with plenty of drama with Silas trying to have David killed, Silas' scheming brother-in-law William pulling out his money from Gilboa, the young punk Jack going on a shopping spree, and the lovely Michelle revealing she has a secret that David will not like.

Kings Spoilers: Flashbacks and the Dark Side

We are definitely part of the 6.4 million that tuned in Kings on Sunday and we loved it! If you're like us you're intrigued on the "history" of these fictional countries and the wars they've only hinted at in the premiere.

So Kings fans are dying to know, will we learn more about this rich history and what's to come in this amazing drama? Executive producer Michael Green told E! Online, "We do see some flashbacks. There's room for more. We stay more in the present because right now we're trying to just build up."

As for what the future holds, Green teases David may turn to the dark side because, "I think no one stays good forever."
