Betty has gained a lot of weight.  After Henry's mother tells her to go to the doctor to get diet pills, she finds out that she might have cancer.  It ends up being a benign tumor, but she is still upset at how fat she is.

Pete and Roger get Mohawk Airlines, but Pete takes all of the credit in front of the entire company.  They need to hire a copywriter and Peggy picks Michael Ginsberg.  He is a bit out there, but he does good work.

Heinz wants to get the Rolling Stones to sing their jingle so Don and Harry go back stage at a concert to find them.  They have no luck, and Harry ends up signing the Trade Winds, instead.
