Elizabeth, Henry and Isabelle continue their investigation into Vincent Marsh's death. They look into his secret bank account in Venezuela and realize that Nadine has access to the account under a fake name. Nadine says Vincent told her that he was hiding money from his wife so they could have it after the divorce. Elizabeth decides to go to Venezuela, but President Suarez isn't very welcoming so they invite a famous Venezuelan baseball player along with them. Meanwhile Matt feeds Chief of Staff Jackson the information Elizabeth wanted him to pass along. Jacksin is suspicious and begins digging deeper to find out what Elizabeth is investigating. Nadine discovers that there was $40 million dollars in Marsh's account the week prior to his death. The day after his plane crash, the account was emptied by Marie Porter. During his speech, Manny Azucco announces he is gay, which angers President Suarez. He has a tape of Nadine accessing Marsh's dirty bank account which he threatens to reveal if Elizabeth doesn't publicly support his presidency. Who took the money from Marsh's account?
