Molly wants her and Mike to compose their own vows for the wedding. As an English lit major, Molly thinks it will be easy. Mike isn't so sure. He struggles with getting anything on paper until Carl suggests he write the vows as if he were professing his love to his favorite food - lasagna. This opens up the creative floodgates, and Mike quickly pens a beautiful piece. Molly, on the other hand, is having much more trouble. She wants to give up until Mike suggests she also write as if she were talking about her favorite food.
Harry, a member of Mike and Molly's Overeaters Anonymous group, has lost some weight and is feeling good about himself. He decides to ask Victoria out to a concert and surprisingly, she says yes. But things don't go smoothly. Mike thinks Harry might have high expectations for the date, and not wanting to lead him on, Victoria cancels. Harry dives back into food. Luckily, Mike is there for him and encourages Harry to keep his chin up. Seeing what a sweet guy Harry is, Victoria changes her mind and decides to go to the concert with Harry just as friends.
