The neighbors have a large tacky boat parked in their driveway. At first, Phil tries to play good cop and bring over his homemade banana bread. This doesn't work out when Phil and Claire mention moving the boat. Then they decide to call in the big guns and have Phil's dad and his old buddies show up in their huge RVS. This backfires when the neighbors bond with the eldest Dunphy.
