A Navy Officer is found dead in a pool at a rehab facility. Deeks and Kensi go undercover there as a patient and nutritionist. They uncover that the Officer was drugged and questioned for information. They tie a counselor to an extremist group,  Homeland Defense League. They got information to give themselves access to drones in the Middle East.

The team raids the hotel room where the counselor went and a gun fight breaks out. The computer there wasn't being used to control the drones. They go back to his house where Kensi finds a protein bar wrapper that only one person at the rehab facility ate. They find her in her office and stop her drone attack on Pakistan with seconds to launch.

After work, Deeks asks Kensi to grab dinner. He mentions something like tacos, but takes her to a nice restaurant. She confronts him about not saying what he means. She's upset he took her on a date without asking her. He tells her that he doesn't want to be there but at home with her. She gets up and leaves ... he follows.
