It's time for the annual ethics meeting and everyone's phones are going off, to the dismay of Hetty.

That's until she realizes everyone is getting an "Agent Needs Assistance" page from Dom.

Using the GPS on Dom's car, they race to its location only to find LAPD already at the scene.

The car is filled with blood, indicating a seemingly fatal injury, but there is no body.

That leaves hope that Dom is still alive, however he may have lost a lot of blood.

Callen leads the team to investigate Dom's kidnapping, and it's a bit of a wild goose chase.

Ultimately they identify and bring down the kidnappers, a trio of Colombian nationals.

However, they were only hired guns and had already traded Dom for money.

Each of the agents has a different response to his disappearance.

Sam takes it hardest, refusing to believe he isn't coming back.
