Jackie is told to play hardball in her divorce case this week when she meets with her lawyer. A mishap at the hospital has Cruz worried about lawyers as well and cautions the staff about what their actions.  When he suffers a panic attack Jackie covers for him and later asks for a favor. Coop tells O'Hara that he wants to be part of her baby's life while Zoey struggles to tell Lenny she has decided against being part of his. After a near relapse thanks to Charlie, Jackie decides to cut off seeing him. She later though helps bail him out of jail she and comes face to face with his father and a startling truth.
