Cruz baits Jackie into subordinate behavior this week on Nurse Jackie and fires her. The nurses hold a candle light vigil for her. Zoey tries to help clue in Cruz as to what makes the staff tick. O'Hara goes into labor and is aided by Coop while Jackie and Eddie head to her house to pack her a bag. Jackie returns to the hospital but on her way to see O'Hara is halted by Cruz. The two mince words but are forced to work together when a distressing case rolls into the E.R.
