-In the fairy tale past, Regina sends Hook to kill her mother who is the Queen of Hearts in Wonderland. Cora defeats him and they decide to work together.

-In fairy tale present, Cora captures Emma, Snow, Mulan, and Aurora and lock them in Rumplestiltskin's cell after the find the ink is all gone.  Eventually Snow realizes that a scroll of Rumple's was written with the ink and they break out.

-Mulan steals Aurora's heart back and the two decide to try and save Phillip.

-Snow and Emma defeat Hook and Cora and jump through the portal.

-In Storybrooke, Mr. Gold and Regina believe Emma and Mary Margaret have no chance of defeating Cora so they rig the portal to kill whomever comes through. When Henry finds out he begs Regina to believe in him. She does and takes the curse off the portal in time for Emma and Mary Margaret to make it through.

-Gold points out that although Henry is happy with Regina, Emma is the one he's gone home with.

-Hook uses the Giant's bean and some magical waters to sail he and Cora to Storybrooke.
