EPISODE RECAP, PART ONE

Judy stuns onlookers in the courtroom by declaring she has evidence Todd attempted to kill Tommy. Jessica (Bree Williamson) accosts Jared, who agrees to keep his distance from Natalie in exchange for a favor. Amused to find John struggling with babysitting chores, Marty steps in to lend a hand with the tearful Tommy.

EPISODE RECAP, PART TWO

Nash offers his hungover sister-in-law a sympathetic ear. An enraged Todd has to be forcibly restrained after being blind sided by Judy's charges. Rex and Adriana announce to Roxy and Dorian that they're moving in together. Jared orders Jessica to get him a job at Buchanan Enterprises or risk losing her husband and daughter. Marty's simple gift touches John.

EPISODE RECAP, PART THREE

Dorian assures her wary daughter she's fine with Adriana's decision. Judy urges the judge not to give custody of an innocent child to the very man who tried to murder the boy's mother on at least three occasions. As a symbol of her newly tolerant attitude, Dorian treats Roxy, Rex and Adriana (Melissa Gallo) to a round of beers at Rodi's. During a brief recess in the hearing, Starr entreats her dad to let her testify on his behalf.

Although moved by her request, Todd gently insists that his daughter leave the courthouse instead. Meanwhile, Marcie begins to have second thoughts about crucifying Todd but Michael reminds her why they must remain strong. Natalie and Nash arrive at a new understanding.
