Today on One Life to Live, Starr and Cole struggle to keep their distance from one another at school. Cole starts a fistfight with a classmate when the boy makes a snide remark about Starr. Starr confides in Langston that she doesn't know what she'll do if she's pregnant and is anxious for Langston to buy the home pregnancy test.

The tension between John and Antonio doesn't go unnoticed by their fellow cops at the station. Ramsey continues to manipulate the situation between John, Talia and Antonio so it appears that John and Talia have feelings for each other. John remains determined to uncover the connection between Ramsey and Caitlin.

Cristian and Jessica try to convince themselves that they have no problem with Sarah and Nash going off on their business trip to Napa together.
