Rattled to spot John and Blair in the hall, Cole and Starr flee from the boarding house and race down the pier. Charlie wonders if his man-to-man chat with Rex gave the young man a bad case of cold feet.

With Blair already depressed by the sight of Starr's grimy new accommodations, John elects not to reveal his suspicion that the runaway teen is also pregnant.

Brody recalls the day he and Gigi said goodbye and his promise to take care of her and her baby when he returned from the service. Todd spots Starr and gives chase.

Rex finally arrives at the church but can't stop thinking about Gigi and Shane. Todd corners Starr and Cole. Dorian prods a perplexed Gigi to come clean about her son's paternity and stop the wedding.

During a tussle with Todd, Starr tumbles down a flight of stairs as Blair looks on in horror.
