Marcie is torn over what to do as Viki's condition worsens. Michael, with Viki's medication in hand, convinces Marcie and the police to let him come inside the café. There, he trades places with an ailing Viki. Michael, Marcie and Tommy are reunited for what could be the last time.

Viki's family rejoices over her release. Moe, Noelle and Gigi are shocked to learn that Viki is actually a very wealthy and powerful woman. Ramsey threatens Shane to keep Gigi in line. Rex and Adriana see Gigi interviewed on TV. Jared offers Natalie, worried for her mom, a shoulder to lean on.
