Recap

Tonight, Leslie works hard to educate senior citizens about safe sex, but runs into trouble when the morality watch dogs, Marsha and Marshall, tell Leslie that there is a loophole in the laws that say she must preach abstinence.  Ann ends up convincing Leslie to break the law in order to prevent sexually transmitted diseases and Leslie does what she knows is right and passes out condoms to all the senior citizens.  She appears on the Perd talk show to defend herself and wears her censorship proudly.

In Washington D.C., Tom and April have a run in with Congressman Murray.  April works to convince Ben that he is actually a robot and by the end of the episode, Ben is mocking him just as much as April is.

Tom got into a car accident because he was tweeting and driving and as a punishment, the judge took away Tom's technology.  Tom must live without any technology for a week and when Tom seems to be having trouble with this, Ron takes him to a cabin in the woods to give Tom some time away from distractions.  Tom attempts to get a phone, but crashes Ron's car too.  We come to find out Tom is looking for a distraction right now because nothing in his life is too great at this time.  In the end, Tom helps Ron fix his car by reading the non-electronic manual.
