Leslie and Ron butt heads when Ron wants to cut spending in Pawnee, starting with funding for mini-golf. Leslie goes to her fellow council members to see who's voting on the measure to get rid of mini-golf and it ends up coming down to Jamm's vote. Leslie takes him mini-golfing and plans on bribing him for his vote by giving him all the snowcones he could want and letting him win the game. When Ron shows up, Jamm agrees to let the winner of a Ron versus Leslie game have his vote. When Ron wins, Jamm goes behind his back anyway, but Leslie won't let him break his word. Leslie and Ron make up in the end, even if Leslie lost her vote.

Andy and Ben's charity receives a large donation and Andy, Ben, and April go out to celebrate. Andy finds out his band is performing without him and assumes they kicked him out of the band. He gets on stage and signs a swan song, convinced he is going to retire from music and get serious. He wears a suit to the office and a briefcase. April convinces him to make up with his band, Mouserat, and he ends up reuniting with them.

Tom enlists Ann to break up with Mona Lisa for him Ann agrees, but only if she gets one of Tom's best blankets from his house. Ann does the job, but Mona Lisa then wants to be best friends with Ann. Ann brings Tom back into things and he ends up back together with Mona Lisa, despite her craziness.
