The episode opens with Mark coming to Leslie for advice... he wants to ask Ann to move in and plans on marrying her one day.

Ron Swanson hired April for one job: to make sure he never has to have a meeting.  Unfortunately, April scheduled all his meetings for a day she didn't believe existed: March 31st.  However, when that day comes, Ron has 94 meetings and enlists the help of Leslie, Andy, Ann and April to divide up the meeting workload.  Not so much Jerry.  He gets sent home early.

Leslie ends up spending the day obsessed with her first meeting: saving a historic site when the rich Jessica Wicks wishes to renovate the place for a party.  Leslie brings Tom along, who spends the episode hitting on Jessica in front of her dying, rich husband.  When the gazebo is about to be leveled, Leslie ties herself to the front gate where she remains stuck until Mark and Ann come to rescue her.  Leslie then goes inside and gives a speech about accepting change (Mark and Ann getting married one day)... and tries to make off with cake.

Also revealed?  That Andy doesn't want to get together with April due to her age.  April gets so annoyed by Andy she ends up quitting and heading home.  Andy manages to talk Ron into how much he needs April and he heads to her house where he begs her to come back.  She does.
