Gus tries to take Maximus on a big boy outing, only to have it hijacked by Shawn, who was trying to solve a missing persons’ case that turned into murder. The trouble the case gets the three into prompt Rachael to reconsider her relationship with Gus, causing a strain in his relationship with Shawn. But, like all good buddies do, Shawn and Gus eventually find their way back to each other.

Marlowe was finally released from prison, but a past hookup compromised Carlowe’s ability to move in together. Carlton eventually decides to get engaged to Marlowe, but that isn’t quite enough. Juliet tries to hook his stalker up with Woody, which proves effective.
