We're just gonna review the major developments this week on Pushing Daisies:

1. Emerson has a daughter! He reveals this information - during a winning performance by Chi McBride - to Ned because Ned is trying to think of ways to make Chuck feel better about her dad. When he suggests waking him from the dead for a minute, Emerson explains how complicated a father/daughter bond is; you can't jut fix it in a minute. That's all our favorite private eye will say on the topic, however.

2. Lily is Chuck's mother! This was the cliff hanger the episode - and, for now, the season - ended up. Hopped up on an extra does of happy medicine in her pie, Lily revealed this secret to Olive. We don't know any other details for now, except that we can't wait for the show to return!

3. Chuck and Ned mostly made up. Oscar (Paul Reubens) made his return in the hour, trying to learn Chuck's secret. And she almost told him because it was weighing on her so much and she couldn't speak to Ned about it due to his admission that he accidentally killed her dad. By the end, fortunately, Chuck felt better, realized Ned never meant any harm and also realized where her heart truly lies: with the Pie Maker.
