Roy and Jamie face off in the Benjamin's custody case over son Marshall. Cole Benjamin wants sole custody because he thinks Kathy Benjamin has a drinking problem but the case isn't going well.

When someone fires at Kathy through the windows of her home, Cole is the prime suspect until Terry tracks down the shooter who gives him the anonymous cell phone # that called to hire him. It's Cole's girlfriend Erica.

Further investigation shows that the cell phone was actually had Kathy's home at the time of those calls. Kathy set up Erica in order to make her ex-husband look bad. Cole gets full custody of his son.

Lee Anne is working as a waitress, which makes her wheelchair husband unhappy. She hasn't told him about the sex tape but he suspects she had an affair with Terry. Later, he threatens Terry to stay away from his wife. 

Roy shows the unedited sex tape footage to Knox who still insists that Lee Anne wasn't drugged. Later Roy confronts Preston who says he'll have to speak to his Union rep. Preston meets with Knox. Turns out Preston is part of an undercover operation to take down Terry and his crew of dirty cops. Knox tells him to keep his mouth shut.

Roy tells Jamie about Preston but when he tries to show her the tape, it's been erased. She doesn't believe him.
