Bellamy awakens on the side of the road on the outskirts of Arcadia. He quickly heads back to let Jacobs family know he has been taken. He is shocked to find out the soldiers let Jacob return home but thinks something else is going on when he realises he has been gone a week. He enlists the help of his old boss who tells him to meet her in Chicago. Upon going there he realises he has been set up and two people who held him captive are there. He narrowly escapes and confronts his boss who warns him that he has escaped from a psychiatric hospital and he is unstable. He runs off and later comes face to face with one of his captors as he finds out he died and came back from the dead. She tells him that he will watch the residents of Arcadia and report back to her from time to time.

Henry's mum returns from the dead after 30 years. Fred tried to attack Bellamy and ended up partying with Elaine. Maggie opens up a bit to Bellamy and lets him know she was in a relationship but they split up when she signed the lease for her house. She offered him to stay on her couch as he has nowhere else to go.
