Louise tells Nolan the truth about Lyman's death but she lies to Ben and runs with the Lyman-was-drunk story. Nolan advises her not to change her tale with the police now as it would only arouse suspicion.

Victoria plans to make a $40 million endowment to the hospital in Daniel Grayson's name. She wants to build a research wing but one board member votes against it. She finds out that board member was Margaux. The women come to an agreement about how to proceed so that they both get what they want.
