Monroe uses Rachel to get inside the Tower while Miles, Charlie, Nora, and Aaron get inside the Tower while Jason and Tom are left outside. With a little manipulation Miles is able to convince Rachel to unlock him a gun so he can save Charlie. Monroe keeps his word, but wants to finish what he started with Miles.

Rachel, Charlie, and Aaron get to Level 12 where Grace explains to them there's a chance that turning the power back on will set the entire earth of fire.

Tom successfully persuades one of Monroe's captains to help him for a mutiny against Monroe.
