Jane's stalking storyline intensifies on Rizzoli & Isles Season 6 Episode 18. When a state trooper is shot while investigating a dirty car in a Maine gas station, the Boston Police Department quickly connects the case to the woman who has been stalking Jane. Alice McFadden is an ex-con and Police Academy dropout whose father is a decorated cop. Vince pays Mr. McFadden a visit and learns Alice was a straight-A student who suddenly dropped out and became a criminal. Her family hasn't spoken to her since.

In the meantime, Vince plans to get married at the Dirty Robber, but he has to postpone the wedding because Jane goes on a manhunt and doesn't get back in time. Jane is able to find and arrest Alice's accomplice, Wendy, but Wendy is convinced that Alice loves her. She does, however, reveal that Alice has a son. When the son, Eric, is found, Vince postpones his wedding again. Eric is found and insists Alice was framed by some cops and is a great person who got him off the streets

It is discovered that Alice is in Canada and Jane wants her extradited now. She is expected to be caught but instead smuggles herself back to the United States inside a box in a delivery truck.

Vince and Kiki finally have their wedding, but they and their friends are blissfully unaware how close Alice is and what her plans are for Jane.
