The team discovers that Billy Chambers is still alive and was the mole and must find him in order to recover the Cytron card. They discover that David has been working with Billy as has Governor Reston. 

Fitz insists that he will divorce Mellie and marry Olivia and tasks Olivia with coming up with a plan to make that happen.

Cyrus has a heart attack after a stressful encounter with Rowan. B613 closes in on Olivia but Jake is there to stop her would-be assassin. Huck continues showing Quinn the ropes of being a spy but is dismayed to see how well she has taken to the training.
