Huck stops Charlie from killing Hollis just as Cyrus learns that Hollis was not behind Fitz' attempted assassination. Olivia determines that Verna was behind the shooting and confronts the dying woman. Verna makes a confession just before she dies.

David subpoenas James to the Grand Jury regarding the voter rigging in Defiance, Ohio and Cyrus comes clean to James regarding his motive for participating. 

Abby learns that David loves her and then uses that information to help Olivia.
