Due to Turk's competitiveness, Turk convinces J.D.'s patient to go with surgery rather than medicine. Elliot ends up falling for a patient. Dr. Kelso fires two nurses and after Dr. Cox confronts him, he fires a third.
Turk: You don't want to be a surgeon, Cole, it's boring and it sucks. It's the complete opposite of a water slide.
