Recap

When Dr. Cox finds a cheat sheet in the unisex bathroom, he decides to punish the entire class until someone comes clean.  When no one does, he keeps behind all the students who left the classroom during the test: Cole, Lucy, Drew, Maya and Tran.  No one comes clean, until Cole notices Lucy's tell of cheating (eating her hair).  He decides to take the fall for her, but Lucy refuses to let him and comes clean.  Rather than turn her in, the gang decides to take Cox's punishment of retaking the test.

Meanwhile, Turk has problems acting serious with his lesbian patient, who  refuses to take steroids and insists on a life-threatening surgery.  Kelso encourages him and Dr. Cox to get to know the patient and they discover she used to be overweight and is trying to hide it from her partner.  The two of them convince her together.

In happy couple land, Drew accidentally tells Denise he loves her.  Lucy convinces Denise to say it back, until she discovers he left the class room to call his divorce lawyer.  Apparently he never told her he was married before, but after some Turk advice, Denise says she loves him anyways.
