George parks his dad's car in a handicap spot, causing a handicap woman to injure herself and an angry mob to destroy the car.  Elaine and Jerry buy a television for The Drake's wedding and try to get it back when the couple breaks up.  Kramer falls for the handicap woman and buys her a used wheelchair.
