Gus returns home from tour and reunites with Fiona, although he's unsure of where their relationship stands. He tells her she has to decide whether or not she wants to be with him. 

Later, Fiona goes to Sean and tells him she is in love with him. The two share a kiss but it is unclear if Sean is ready to start a relationship. 

Lip and Helene continue to have sex and this time her husband Theo watches. When Lip returns to his dorm, Amanda is there and the two discuss his relationship with Helene. 

After Amanda leaves the room, Lip slips away. She confronts him in the library and punches him in the face.

Debbie and Derek continue sleeping with one another and are caught by Fiona. During the ensuing argument, Debbie blurts out that's pregnant, although it becomes clear she isn't sure. 

Ian and Monica continue hitchhiking back to her home and Ian discovers that she is selling meth. When they arrive at her trailer, Ian soon realizes that Monica's boyfriend makes the meth that Monica sells. The two have an argument, but Monica reiterates the fact that she's happy. 

Later, Ian returns home and ends his relationship with Mickey, minutes before Sammi arrives and starts shooting at him. 

Frank and Bianca drink and swim in Costa Rica but Bianca struggles with her pain. After pressing Frank to get a gun, Bianca plays a round of Russian roulette. With Frank sleeping, Bianca takes all of her pills, dives into the ocean and never resurfaces.
