Debbie steals a toddler from a birthday party and the siblings must get together to figure out how return him to his family, without getting into trouble. Elsewhere

Steve and Fiona find Debbie with a stolen toddler, who she says she stole him because it’s unfair that he has parents who play with him.

Lip comes up with a game plan to return the baby.

- Debbie gets $750 of reward money and uses it to buy the family a new water heater.

Steve buys Debbie a baby doll to cheer her up about Aunt Ginger leaving and have absentee parents.

Karen tries to seduce Frank.

Sheila’s husband moves back in saying he can’t afford to take care of everyone if he moves out.  He and Frank discuss Sheila’s kinky habits.

Kevin lies to girls at the bar and says he’s getting married, Frank overhears and announces it to the whole bar including Veronica’s mother.

Kevin gets wasted, goes home and proposes to Veronica. We later find out he’s already married.
