The police are called in to the massacre at Diosa and Sheriff Jarry asks Jax not to shut her out or else the Feds will get called in to investigate what's going on in Charming. Lin goes after Nero, threatening to kill him and his son if he doesn't deliver Jax. Nero tells Jax and the two work to set up Lin but things don't go according to plan. When Jax and the crew ambush Lin and his men, Jax tells Lin he's doing this because he killed Tara. Before he can kill Lin the real police are called SAMCRO has to run but Lin and his crew are picked up on drug and weapons charges. Bobby says that they can get Lin on the inside.

Juice gets paranoid when the motel manager comes to check on his room and mistakenly thinks he's part of Lin's crew. He shoots the man multiple times in the head.
