After seeing morbidly obese people riding around Wal-Mart on Rascal scooters, Cartman makes a stunning omission: he's fat. So he starts riding around on a scooter himself, and trying to get people to acquiesce to his new way of life. Kyle films Cartman at Token's behest, for what he claims is a documentary, but actually turns out to be a reality TV show: "Fatty Poo Poo," continuing a trend of goofy obese people on TV started by Honey Boo Boo, who has a heart attack and gets a transplanted pig heart.

While Cartman is initially mad about being taken advantage of on reality TV by Kyle and Token, he soon gets angrier that Honey Boo Boo got higher ratings than he did. So at a banquet for Michelle Obama fighting child obesity, he takes on Honey Boo Boo in a spaghetti wrestling match for reality TV supremacy. Meanwhile, James Cameron dives deep into the ocean to try and raise the "bar" of what people find acceptable, believing it to be something that literally exists. He winds up being correct, and upon raising the bar, suddenly no one finds Cartman and Honey Boo Boo entertaining. Michelle Obama punches Cartman and breaks his scooter in the name of fighting obesity, and Kyle sees that maybe people can have some dignity and find some things to just be unacceptable.
