Harvey sought to right past wrongs by proving innocent a young man falsely convicted under his mentor, Cameron Dennis, twelve years ago. The quest puts him against the new DA, who is more concerned with maintaining the system than justice.

Though Harvey resorts to some less than legal tactics in pursuit of proving his client’s innocence, he manages to acquire a confession from the real culprit, effectively securing Danner’s release.

Trevor slips back into town, forcing Mike to attempt to hide his relationship with Jenny while at the same time patching things up with Rachel.  Mike, fearful that his relationship with Jenny would prompt Trevor to expose his secret, withheld the information. But when Trevor happened upon Mike’s phone, a voicemail from Rachel exposed the truth, prompting Trevor to expose some information of his own….
