The SEC comes knocking at Pearson Specter’s door and Jessica and Jeff are on the frontlines to fight them. It comes out that Jeff was supposed to start coming after Pearson Specter in the beginning, but flipped that into a job. Harvey puts the pressure on him to tell the truth to keep the firm afloat.

Harvey and Mike continue their back and forth related to Gillis industries, causing Mike to initiate a hostile takeover to save his job, and goes against Louis to do so.

Rachel agrees to take on a case for Logan, but also starts to butt heads with Mike over his recent tactics.
