Sam, Dean, and Bobby investigate missing virgins and the dragons that are kidnapping them. After saving some of the virgins, Bobby reveals an ancient book being used by the dragons.
The book reveals a way to open the door to purgatory and release the “Mother of All.” The episode concludes with the dragons sacrificing a virgin and unleashing a female being, potentially the “Mother of All.”
