Sam and Dean discover a pair of ballet shoes that are cursed. This leads them to a small shop that contain other cursed items.

The two attempt to retrieve all the items before they cause more harm.

The brothers also discover that the Leviathan are also in town and are working on real estate.

They stop the Leviathan, but with the aid of one of its own. Turns out the construction in the field is a research facility so the Leviathan can create a cure for cancer.

Sam and Dean travel to see Frank about his updates on catching Dick Roman, but they arrive to find his place trashed and blood everywhere.
